We provide architectural drawings for extensions and renovations, Planning Permission applications, floor plans, and Building Regulation applications. We can also advise you about your Permitted Development rights and obtain any structural calculations.

We provide a complete service, taking you from the initial thoughts of extending or improving your home through to the point where your builder is ready to commence and beyond. We act as your agent when submitting a planning permission, lawful development application or building regulations application, including completion of all the necessary forms , drawings and maps required to ensure your application can be processed as quickly as possible by your local council.
We believe we can bring a unique perspective to your building plans and provide innovative drawing that will benefit both you, your builder and your local planning department.
In most cases we can provide you with a quotation of our fees for your project over the telephone.
We are happy to offer a free initial consultation visit and talk through any ideas you may have and offer our own design advice enabling you to get the most from your property
FREE INITIAL MEETING
We can call at your home to discuss your ideas, offer suggestions and explain the processes involved. At the initial meeting we will also explore your Permitted Development rights and advise whether to submit a Lawful Dvelopment Certificate or a Planning application. Once we have all the relevant information a quotation will be sent to you.
All fees are fully explained with no hidden or extra charges. The fixed fee policy ensures that you can easily manage your budget. All VDC BIM services are clearly outlined before we begin so that you know exactly what you will receive.
